Congratulations Tip of the Shore Labradoodles TESS!!!

A big HIP HIP HOORAY to Tess upon entering Obedience Level II training following her graduation from novice training level I.  Tess, daughter of Sunsethills Red Curry & Snug Harbor Rudder, is working diligently to achieve the distinction of therapy dog. Tess currently visits nursing homes where both residents and staff enjoy her calm demeanor and sunny disposition.

Doesn’t Tess look proud in her graduation cap adorned with feathers and rhinestones!?!

We finally achieved our goal!

We are proud to announce that after three years of planning, Judy Hickey of Snug Harbor Labradoodles and Jackie Barbiere of Tip of the Shore Labradoodles  have united two of their finest dogs! Snug Harbor Ruby Tuesday and Tip of the Shore Irish Smitty produced seven gorgeous pups born November 13, 2011. Four male and three female medium sized multigenerational Australian Labradoodle fleece coated pups in various shades of cream and rich caramel!!

Newest Tip of the Shore Redheads!

Oh what fun we are having with these six week old pups from Tip of the Shore Irish Logan and my newest stud Snug Harbor Rudder co owned with Snug Harbor Labradoodles. Six handsome boys and one gorgeous female adorned in fleece coats of red and gold. They are sweet, playful and confident. What joy they bring as we socialize them to the sights and sounds of family life preparing them to transition easily to their forever homes.

Please welcome our newest breeding girl “BITSY” at Tip of the Shore!

Today a very exciting day!!! I went to Logan Airport in Boston to pick up my new breeding Australian Labradoodle mini sized puppy named Bit-O Honey!! I was so excited! I arrived early and with great surprise I was told the plane had arrived and my pup would be in my arms in less than five minutes. The crate was delivered to the loading area and out came the most lovable, darling mini Australian Labradoodle in the entire world. BITSY!!!! She is gorgeous, sweet, funny, respectful and confident. My biggest thanks to Dixie Springer from Springville Labradoodles for this most outstanding mini Australian Labradoodle. My pack of girls that live permanently with me (PEARL, RUBY, CURRY, MOXIE) loved her from the moment they were introduced. Isn’t Bitsy stunning?!!!!

Daisy pregnancy confirmed today 11/01/11

What a great afternoon! Daisy and her guardian Harriet went with me to our reproductive veterinarian, Dr. Kathryn Sneider @ Blue Ribbon Veterinary Services, to affirm our hopes that Daisy is definitely pregnant. Six little pups were visualized by ultrasound! It is amazing to see each of their individual heartbeats! This is truly going to be an amazing litter! I have been waiting for almost two years for this union to take place. TOTSL Irish Smitty is the greatest of studs. He amazes me each time I am with him. He is so sweet, good natured, mannerly and yet so confident. His reddish caramel fleece coat as well as his conformation make him a truly handsome dog. DDaisy, with her feminine charm, good nature and fabulous looks make everyone who meets her fall in love with her. Have I mentioned that Daisy accompanies her guardian to bridge whenever she is invited?! I am just so blessed to have these Australian Labradoodles in my life.

Chocolate fleece minis will arrive by stork November 29, 2011

Pregnancy confirmed today!!

Indy, my precious 18 pound chocolate mini breeding girl, honeymooned in late September with Tully O’Doodle of Log Cabin Labradoodles . The purpose of our journey to Maine was to reacquaint and reunite this fabulous couple that last spring provided Tip of the Shore Labradoodles with the best litter of puppies EVER. Calm and good natured yet smart and playful, these gorgeous chocolate colored fleece coated pups truly represent the Australian Labradoodle breed.

It is so exciting that another litter of pups from Indy and Tully will arrive in five weeks just in time for the holiday season!
